This is an old picture, but it shows how awful our fireplace bricks were (also the bricks on the outside of our house). We have been wanting to paint it for a while and it took an extra push from my mom for us to actually get it done. See what you think?

We are happy. It really does make a huge difference. I am still trying to get used to it.
